TOSOM
The Threat Oriented Survivability Optimization Model (TOSOM) is a decision support analysis tool designed to maximize survivability
attributes across the threat kill chain while balancing the impact to system burdens. The tool has a module designated for each kill
layer of the system (Acquire, Hit, and Kill). The kill chain and module approach within TOSOM allows trades on survivability technologies
across the survivability onion to identify what each survivability technology is contributing to defeating the threat set providing a level
playing field for assessing various survivability technologies.

FSST
